7月3日至4日，习近平主席偕夫人彭丽媛一起访问韩国。3日下午，彭丽媛在韩国代理“第一夫人”赵允旋的陪同下参观了位于首尔的昌德宫。因为韩国总统朴槿惠是单身，而彭丽媛在韩国期间有单独行程，青瓦台为此安排专人代行“第一夫人”职责，以接待彭丽媛。

　　据悉，代替行使韩国“第一夫人”职责的是曾任女性家庭部长官的青瓦台政务首席秘书官赵允旋。她向彭丽媛介绍了宫殿建筑历史、音乐传承等情况。彭丽媛说，中韩友谊源远流长，欢迎韩国朋友多到中国参观访问。
